Long Fuckin Week

Last night we had a go with the transmission for about 2-3 hours and came to the conclusion that i need to get a clutch alignment tool after trying to eyeball it since for some reason it didnt come with one, but did put in the new PP/Clutch kit although its just oem replacement for now. So i went to go check who had one and figured I’d grab the An -6 Adapters for solex/mikunis at about nine bucks a pop. I got a bag of aeroquip fittings a -6 1ft line but obviously im gonna need more if i want rubber lines extinct from my car, i think my fittings mag be too big maybe but i cant remember.

Ill get back at it tomorow since i have to wait for the alignment tool and work on it when i get off from work 1030pm and into the morning. Im going to mock up the adapters/fittings to see which angles ill run them at since each carb will have an individual feed line to keep on the cooler side. Still needa warm up the car and do a operating temperaure valve adjustment and look for a better cam to get the carbs to breathe.

So im going to try to figure how to get some more steering angle on the z with the oem rack or look for an alternative route up front. Next is to weld the diff, wheels and painless wiring kit so i think thats alot to think about for my summer. Thanks for reading ill try to update weekly and have a review on my first drive.
